What does it cost?
From R299 per agent a month, excluding VAT. The three plans are just above.
What is free?
Your first 30 days, with 5 property reports included. No card needed, one trial per account.
What is in a property report?
The owner, the sale price, the sale and registration dates, the title deed number and the bond on the property.
Where does the property data come from?
From licensed Deeds Office transfer records, not from a property portal.
What if I use all my reports?
Reports pause until the 1st of the next month, and nothing extra is billed. Opening a property you already pulled that month does not count again.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The iPhone and Android apps run the same app as the web, with the same login and the same data.
Do I need an agency to sign up?
No. You can start on your own, today.
Can my whole agency join?
Yes. We set up one workspace for your agency, and then you invite your team.
Can I bring my contacts and listings with me?
Yes, from CSV. Larger moves are run for you by our team.
Do my listings go to Property24 and Private Property?
On Pro and Enterprise, once your agency links its portal accounts. Tick Publish on a listing, and new enquiries are picked up every ten minutes.
Is Blu on WhatsApp?
Coming soon. Today you ask Blu in the RealtyPA app.
Does Blu do anything without asking me?
No. He shows you first, then waits for Confirm.
How do I pay or cancel?
By card, on a Peach Payments checkout that opens from Billing in the app. Billing also has Change plan and Cancel subscription.
Where is my data kept?
On Google Cloud servers in Johannesburg, encrypted at rest and in transit.
