Keep your schedule organised with RealtyPA’s appointment tool. This tutorial shows you how to create appointments, set details, and link them to specific contacts or properties—perfect for managing viewings, meetings, and follow-ups.
Guide
Open the Appointments Tab
On the left-hand menu, click the Appointments tab. This will display a list of all your scheduled appointments.Click the Add Button
In the top right corner, click the “Add” button and select “Appointment” from the dropdown.Enter Appointment Details
Add an Appointment Title
Write a brief description of the appointment
Choose the Appointment Type
Select the appropriate type from the list (e.g., viewing, meeting, follow-up).Set Date and Time
Specify the appointment date and time using the calendar and clock input fields.Link to a Contact or Property (Optional)
You can choose to link the appointment to an existing contact or property for better organization.
Save the Appointment
Once all details are filled in, save the appointment to add it to your calendar.
