All prices exclude VAT. You subscribe by card on a Peach Payments hosted checkout (PCI compliant). Cards are not charged automatically on renewal yet. If you pay for your own seat, Billing has Change plan and Cancel subscription. Agency seats are billed on the agency account, so your agency admin changes those.

Extras land on your invoice.

Every plan carries a monthly allowance. On an agency plan, contact number and director or trustee lookups past that allowance are billed per lookup on the agency invoice. On an individual plan they stop until the allowance resets on the 1st. There is nothing to buy in-app.

Contact number lookups past your allowance

R3.50 each ex VAT, billed on the agency invoice at month end. On Individual, lookups stop at 10 a month.

Director & trustee lookups past your allowance

R15 each ex VAT, billed on the agency invoice at month end. Not available on Individual.

Property reports past your allowance

On Individual there is nothing to buy: the CRM says Monthly limit reached and offers Upgrade plan, or the date your allowance resets. On an agency plan, whether reports are billed as top-up packages on the month-end invoice is a term of your agreement.

Can I use RealtyPA without an agency?

Yes. The Individual plan is built for solo agents. You pay R299 per user per month, there is no office fee, and you do not need an agency behind you to sign up.

What counts as a property report?

A full title deed, ownership and transfer history pull on one property. Re-opening the same property later in the same month does not count again, it is free.

How does the Enterprise 6-month rate work?

Pay 6 months upfront and the Enterprise rate drops from R799 to R499 per user per month. That rate is invoiced, it is not something you set up in the app. On standard monthly billing the rate is R799 per user per month. If you subscribe to Enterprise on your own account within 30 days of signing up, your first month is R499 and R799 a month after that.

What happens when I hit my monthly allowance?

Property reports stop for the rest of the month. You see Monthly limit reached with an Upgrade plan button, and the allowance resets on the 1st. There is no top-up to buy in the app on any plan. On an agency plan the invoice does the work instead: whether property reports are billed as top-up packages is a term of your agreement, while contact number lookups are not capped per user and are billed at R3.50 each, and director or trustee lookups at R15 each, both ex VAT.

Can I cancel anytime?

If you pay for your own seat, yes. Open Billing and press Cancel subscription. That stops the renewal and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. If your agency provides your seat it is billed on the agency account, so your agency admin cancels it.
