Work the map, one owner at a time.
Open any property on the Map and RealtyPA pulls the deed record, so you see who actually owns it. If there is no number on file, one tap traces the owner's contact numbers off the ID number on that deed.

Find the property
Open Map from the sidebar on a desktop screen, or from the phone bottom bar, then search or pan to the street. On desktop the panel on the right lists every property in view with its price, address and suburb.

Pull the deed
Open the property and RealtyPA pulls the deed record with the registered owner. A cached deed shows the date it was pulled and a Refresh link, and each pull counts against your monthly deed searches.

Find contact numbers
On an owner contact with no number on file, tap Find contact numbers, confirm the compliance agreement, and RealtyPA traces the numbers against the ID number on the deed record.

Watch your usage
The Prospecting Usage card on your Today dashboard counts Deed Searches, Contact Lookups, Director Lookups, Valuations and Portal Leads for the current month against your plan.

Numbers traced from the deed
When an owner contact has no number on file, Find contact numbers traces them against the ID number on the deed. When the trace comes back empty, RealtyPA says so and does not charge you for it.
Usage you can see
The Prospecting Usage card on your Today dashboard tracks Deed Searches, Contact Lookups, Director Lookups, Valuations and Portal Leads for the month against your plan allowance. On the per-user plans, Individual at R299 carries 50 deed reports and 10 contact lookups a month, Pro at R499 carries 75 and 15, and Enterprise at R799 carries 150 and 20. Agency plans work differently on both counts. Deed reports run on your agency's own limit, which defaults to 150 a month and is counted per agent rather than pooled. Contact and director lookups are not capped at all on an agency plan, they are billed on the agency invoice at month end.

Is this POPIA-compliant?
Before a contact-number lookup you confirm a User Compliance Agreement. It opens with I certify that I am the designated Responsible Person and confirm that my organization complies fully with POPIA, then lists the measures you are certifying, from an appointed compliance individual to a data retention policy. Responsible Person is the screen's own wording rather than a term the Act uses, which says responsible party and Information Officer. The agreement also records that lists are cross-referenced against the Data Provider and DMASA opt-out databases, and it states plainly that the data may still be outdated or incorrect.
What's the typical contact-match rate?
Rates vary by area and property type. When a trace comes back empty RealtyPA shows Numbers not found and states plainly that the search will not be charged.
Can I exclude properties already on the market?
Not by market status directly, but you can filter properties on Stages, which run Prospecting, Valuation, Listing, Past deal and Archived, so filtering out Listing leaves you the ones you are not already working. The other property filters are transaction type, property type, users, price, suburbs, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, garages, parkings, pools, pets, stand size and floor size. There is no bond-state filter.
