Multi-channel capture
Property24, Private Property, website enquiry forms, public booking page viewings and rental applications all create leads in the same list.
Capture every opportunity, never drop a ball.
Property24 and Private Property enquiries, your website enquiry forms, public booking page viewings and rental applications all land in one Leads list. Every lead is fingerprinted against duplicates and linked to the contact and the property it came from.
Click Leads in the sidebar on a desktop screen, or Leads on the phone bottom bar. Portal enquiries, website enquiry forms, public booking page viewings and rental applications all land in the same list.
On the Leads list, filter on Stages, Users, Properties or Contacts. On your Today dashboard the Leads widget shows the same stages as pills, All, New, Active, Won, Lost and Archived, each carrying a live count.
The lead drawer shows name, message and source, the contact and property it is linked to, and two tabs, Details and Activity. Portal leads open read-only.
Tap WhatsApp or Call on the lead alert. RealtyPA moves the lead from New to Active, Contacted, and writes the stage change into its activity log.
Property24, Private Property, website enquiry forms, public booking page viewings and rental applications all create leads in the same list.
Each lead is fingerprinted on its message, name, phone or email, listing and date, salted per workspace. A matching fingerprint reuses the lead that is already there, so a portal pull repeated on the same day does not create a second copy. The date is part of the fingerprint, so the same enquiry arriving on a later day is treated as a new lead.
Stages run New, Active, Won, Lost and Archived, with sub-stages like Contacted, Converted, Referred and No response, and every stage change is written to the activity log.
Property24 and Private Property enquiries, your website and listing enquiry forms, public booking page viewings and rental applications. Connected email inboxes are not a lead source.
Every lead gets a SHA-256 fingerprint of its message, name, phone or email, listing and date, salted with your workspace. A matching fingerprint reuses the existing lead rather than creating a new one. Because the date is in the fingerprint, this catches repeats within the same day. The same person enquiring again a week later is a new lead, which is usually what you want.
A lead on a listing goes to the agents on that listing. A website enquiry with no listing goes to the users set as enquiry receivers on that website. You can then add or remove people under Who has access on the lead.
