Two-way matching
New listing matches existing buyers; new buyer matches existing listings.
Match the right listing to the right buyer.
When a new listing matches a buyer's saved requirements, RealtyPA flags it on the listing and on the contact within seconds of you saving. You see the match, and you choose when to send the alert.
Open a contact, go to the Matches tab and add a property requirement. Set suburbs, transaction type, property type, a price range, bedrooms and bathrooms. Contacts is a desktop sidebar item, so on a phone open the person from the lead or the property they are linked to.
Your agency website carries a Property Email Alerts page. A buyer fills in their details and property requirements, and RealtyPA files the contact and the requirement. A phone number already on a contact in your workspace attaches to that record instead of opening a second one.
Save a listing and RealtyPA matches it against every requirement within seconds. Matches show on the listing's Potential leads tab and on the contact's Matches tab.
Send alerts on an active listing counts the matching subscribers first, then emails them an agent-branded alert with your photo, number and WhatsApp link.
New listing matches existing buyers; new buyer matches existing listings.
Send alerts on an active listing counts the matching subscribers first, then emails them. It is a button you press, not a background send that goes out without you.
The on-screen match runs on suburbs, transaction type, property type, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, garages, parkings, pools and pets allowed. Stand size and floor size are not matched. The alert email you send from the listing is narrower, and matches on transaction type, property type, suburb and price only.
Both ways. Your agency website carries a Property Email Alerts page buyers fill in themselves, or you add a property requirement from the contact's Matches tab.
Yes. The alert email carries the agent's name, photo, phone number, email address, portfolio link, a call link and a WhatsApp link, sent on your agency's own email template. Every one also carries an unsubscribe link.
No. Matching only looks at listings that are active, under offer, sold or rented and still inside their mandate expiry date. A draft or withdrawn listing is not matched.
