Run every listing from one place.
Every listing in one place, whether it is draft, active, under offer, sold, rented or withdrawn. Mandate type, start and expiry dates, agents and live portal status all sit on the same record.
Four steps, not forty.

Open the Listings tab
On a desktop screen Listings sits in the sidebar with Today, Map, Leads and Contacts. On a phone the bottom bar is Today, Map, Listings, Leads and More, with Contacts left off it. Filter the list by stage, price, listing type, agent, suburb or province.

Set the mandate details
The Details tab holds a required Mandate type, a commission field and an expiry field that opens a Manage expiry drawer with a start date and an expiry date.

Tick your portals
Under the Portals divider tap Manage. The Manage portals drawer lists Property24, Private Property and every agency website as a Publish to checkbox.

Publish and check Logs
Publish checks the required fields first, then streams a line per portal as it goes. The Logs tab on Manage portals keeps every sync run.

Auto-syndication status
The Listings card on Today puts a Property24, Private Property or website badge on each listing, with a green tick when it is synced, a blue spinner while it syncs and a red cross when it failed.
Shareable activity report
The Activity tab builds a report over two weeks, a month or a custom range. Leads, appointments and notes are in by default, internal tasks are left out.

Can multiple agents share a listing?
Yes. A listing can carry more than one agent, and every one of them gets the mandate emails. A commission split percentage appears as soon as the mandate type is Dual, Joint or Open.
How are mandate expiry dates handled?
Every listing carries a mandate type, a start date and an expiry date. The daily run watches four windows, 28, 14, 7 and 2 days out, and emails the listing agents once as the expiry comes into range, then again once it has expired.
Can I bulk-edit listings?
Not yet. There is no multi-select on the Listings table, so status changes, price changes and portal toggles are made one listing at a time in the listing drawer.
