Start the listing
Tap Add Listing on the Today dashboard. The drawer opens headed List property, with Details and Activity tabs while the listing is still a draft.

Find the address
Search the address and pick it from the results. Nearby reads your phone's location and works out the address you are standing at, and Add manually is there when the search finds nothing.

Updates without the app store
New versions download in the background and apply on the next launch, so an update never reloads the screen while you are halfway through a listing.
Nearby knows where you are
Search the address and pick the match, or tap Nearby. It reads your phone's location and works out the street address you are standing at, so you are not typing at the gate.

Can I start a listing on my phone and finish on my laptop?
Yes. Listings are saved on the server, so a draft you start in the mobile app is already there when you open the browser CRM at your desk.
Does it work offline?
No. RealtyPA needs a connection. Lose it and a persistent red banner reads Offline. Nothing you type in that state is queued for later, so stop and wait for the banner to clear rather than assuming a draft will send. The app holds no offline copy of your listings either, so you cannot open it cold with no signal and start work.
What about photo sizes and formats?
One master image is made at 1920 pixels on the long edge, which matches Property24's recommended 1920x1080. Property24, Private Property and your website all read that same file.
