Can I customise the follow-up templates?
Yes. Message templates live on your profile under Message Templates. Each one carries a type of WhatsApp, SMS or Email, a Rentals or Sales category, a title, the body, and its own access list.
Does this work with WhatsApp?
Yes. A template tagged WhatsApp opens wa.me with the message already filled in, so it goes out from your own WhatsApp. SMS and email templates hand off to your SMS app and your mail client the same way.
Does RealtyPA chase a quiet lead on its own?
No. Nothing fires unless you set a reminder on a task or an appointment. There is no dwell-time rule watching how long a lead has sat in a stage, and nothing checks whether the lead has replied.
