RealtyPA sorts every alert into Needs action, For your information and Digest. The bell badge counts Needs action only. A new enquiry earns it, so does a listing that failed to publish to a portal, a task or appointment reminder, a new or cancelled viewing booking and an RSVP. What is deliberately demoted is routine portal chatter, so a listing that published cleanly never inflates the number.
Open the CRM and look at the bell in the top bar. The number is a needs-action count, not an everything count, and it caps at 9 plus.
Click the bell to open the Notifications page. Filter by Type for Leads, Viewings, Tasks, Listings, Messages, Shared with me or System.
A new lead row carries the enquirer's phone number, so it shows WhatsApp and Call. WhatsApp opens the chat, Call dials, Archive files the row.
Open Leads for the fuller picture. Stages run New, Active, Won, Lost, Archived, and the list filters on Source, Property and Created.
A new enquiry, a failed publish to Property24 or Private Property, a task or appointment reminder and a new viewing booking all count as Needs action. A listing that published cleanly is stamped For your information instead, so portal sync traffic stays off the number.

No. There is no numeric lead score in RealtyPA. Leads are triaged two ways: notification priority, where a new enquiry lands as Needs action, and stage on Leads, which runs New, Active, Won, Lost, Archived.
It does not try to. Nothing is inferred or predicted. You see the enquirer's name, the source, the property and the message, and you decide who to call first.
